•These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made at Lattafa Scents, whether in-store or online.
•Lattafa Scents reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

•All products sold at Lattafa Scents are 100% authentic.
•In the unlikely event that an item is proven to be unauthentic, Lattafa Scents guarantees a full cash refund, subject to verification.

•All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
•Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
•Any promotions or discounts are valid for a limited time and while stock lasts.

•Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
•Lattafa Scents is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references or incomplete customer details.
•Payment must be made in full before any order is dispatched.

•Delivery takes 2–3 working days nationwide.
•Free delivery applies within Pretoria CBD only.
•Shipping outside Pretoria CBD is charged based on parcel weight, starting from R110.
•Lattafa Scents is not liable for delays caused by courier services once parcels are handed over.

•No refunds are offered, except where stated under the Authenticity Guarantee.
•Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase for: unused and unopened items, damaged items, and factory faults.
•Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
•Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.

•Customers must inspect items upon receipt or purchase.
•It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery and contact details.
•Lattafa Scents is not responsible for loss or delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

•Lattafa Scents shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to perfumes.
•Customers are encouraged to test fragrances before use.
•Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

•These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
•Any disputes arising from purchases will be resolved in accordance with South African consumer law.

•By making a purchase from Lattafa Scents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

•All content on the Lattafa Scents platform, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Lattafa Scents.
•Reproduction or redistribution of any content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

•Membership at Lattafa Scents requires a monthly subscription fee, details of which are provided upon registration.
•From time to time, Lattafa Scents may offer a free sign-up promotion (e.g., during special periods). Members who join during such a promotion will retain their free membership for life unless they choose to upgrade.
•Members who join outside of a free promotion period are required to pay the applicable monthly subscription fee to maintain their membership and access member discounts.
•Member discounts and benefits are available exclusively to members with an active membership status.
•Lattafa Scents reserves the right to revoke membership in cases of abuse, misuse, or non-payment of subscription fees.
•Membership upgrades are available at any time. Contact us via WhatsApp for upgrade options.

•From time to time, Lattafa Scents may run special promotions for new or existing members.
•Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
•Lattafa Scents reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
•Promotional benefits do not carry over and are subject to the specific terms of each promotion.
